License agreement — mskrz Inspector for OmniScript

Copyright © 2026 Mikołaj Skrzypczyński. All rights reserved. License agreement, version of 2 November 2026.

This is a license agreement between you and Mikołaj Skrzypczyński, trading as programiq Mikołaj Skrzypczyński, NIP 7142059691, entered in the Polish business register CEIDG ("the author"), for mskrz Inspector for OmniScript ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software.

1. License

The author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Software for your own work and for the work you do for your employer or your clients, at no charge and with no time limit.

2. Updates and changes to the Software

The author may publish updates through the browser's extension store.

Updates that keep the Software working, secure or in line with the law may change it at any time. Other changes, such as new features or a changed or removed feature, are made for a reason: a change in Salesforce, in the browsers or in the law, security, or the development of the Software. The release notes of each version describe its changes.

The author answers questions and bug reports sent to the contact address in section 14 or to the issue tracker linked on mskrz.com, without a guaranteed response time.

3. Changes to this agreement

Each version of this agreement carries its date. Each version of the Software comes with its agreement in its LICENSE file; mskrz.com publishes the current version and keeps the earlier ones.

4. What you may not do

  1. Copy, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the Software, or give access to it to anyone the license does not cover.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or work out its source code.
  3. Remove or change copyright notices.
  4. Use the Software where sanctions or export rules that apply to you or to the author forbid it.

None of this takes away what the law allows you to do despite such a restriction, such as making a backup copy, or studying, testing or decompiling the Software where the law permits it.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The author keeps all rights that this agreement does not grant. This agreement applies to the version of the Software it comes with. Versions of the author's tools that were distributed earlier under the MIT License or the GNU General Public License keep that license. Salesforce and OmniStudio are trademarks of their owners. The Software is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.

6. Your responsibility

The Software works in your browser, as you, with your Salesforce access. You decide what you do with it, and you are responsible for:

  1. having the right to use the org and the data you open with the Software, and following Salesforce's terms, the rules of your employer or client and the law that applies to that data, including data protection law;
  2. what you copy, export, save, screenshot, share or send from the Software, such as payloads, debug bundles, comparisons or recordings, and who sees your screen;
  3. anything the Software does in an org at your request, such as a test call or a change you confirm, and checking it before you confirm it; the API requests the Software makes count against your org's limits;
  4. backing up your org before you change anything with it.

The author does not receive data from your org and does not process it on your behalf. The privacy policy of each tool on mskrz.com says exactly what it reads, stores and sends, and when.

7. Warranty

If you are not a consumer (section 11), the Software is provided as is: the author gives no warranty and, as far as the law allows, excludes the statutory warranty (rękojmia) and any implied warranty. If you are a consumer, the Software must meet the requirements the law sets for digital content, and you have the remedies the law gives you when it does not.

8. Limit of liability

  1. If you are not a consumer (section 11), the author is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data or interrupted business, and the author's total liability under this agreement is limited to 50 euros.
  2. If you are a consumer, the author is liable as the law provides.
  3. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for personal injury, or any other liability the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Ending

You may stop using the Software at any time.

If you break this agreement, the author may end your license. When the breach can be put right, the author first tells you and gives you 14 days to do so. When your license ends, you stop using the Software and delete your copies.

10. Complaints and technical requirements

The Software runs in the browsers its store listing names, in their current versions, and needs a connection to Salesforce.

To complain about the Software, write to the contact address in section 14 with the version of the Software and what happened. The author answers within 14 days.

11. Consumers

In this agreement, "consumer" also means a sole trader whom the law gives a consumer's protection for this agreement (articles 385⁵ and 556⁴ of the Polish Civil Code), except in section 12. The rights mandatory law gives a consumer apply in addition to this agreement, and nothing in it limits them.

12. Law and courts

This agreement is governed by Polish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live, may go to the courts of that country or of Poland, and may be sued only in the courts of their country. Disputes with a business go to the court competent for the author's seat in Poland.

13. General

If a court finds part of this agreement invalid, the rest stays in force. This agreement is the whole agreement about the Software, together with what the law adds for a consumer. The author may transfer this agreement to a business that takes over the Software, such as a company the author sets up; your rights stay the same.
